Modeled after a picture of a kdiw ith inflated cheeks, again zbrush 3 modelled from a polysphere in a couple of hours, lots of fun to do, and lots of learning involved. Final render in C4D, just experimenting with the texture a little, looking for a soft and not latexy feel... not quite there.
